How to Track Your Order

  1. Find Your Tracking Number
    After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This number is unique to your order and allows you to monitor its progress as it moves through the shipping process.

  2. Track Your Order
    You can track your order directly on Reflox.com. Simply enter the tracking number in the tracking field on this page and click "Track". You’ll be directed to a page showing the latest status and updates on your package’s location.

  3. Track Through the Carrier’s Website
    Alternatively, you can track your order on the website of the shipping carrier. Here are some of the carriers we work with:

    Simply visit the carrier’s website, enter your tracking number, and you will be able to view the status of your order.

  4. What to Do if You Don’t See Updates
    If your tracking information doesn’t show updates within 24–48 hours of your shipping confirmation, please allow some time for the carrier’s system to reflect the information. If the tracking number is still not working or if there is an issue with your delivery, please reach out to our customer service team at support@reflox.com for assistance.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If you believe your package is lost or has been damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

  • Lost Package: If your package is missing, contact us within 7 business days of receiving your tracking number. We will work with the carrier to locate your order and assist with either reshipping or refunding your order.

  • Damaged Package: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or a refund based on the situation.
